So, if you want to fit your budget, here are some of the best gyms that offer free passes.
1. Fitness at any time
Anytime Fitness offers a 7-day free pass. You can find a gym near you by entering your zip code on the website linked above.
2. 24 hours fitness
You can get a free 3-day pass at the 24-hour fitness. All you have to do is fill out a simple form and enter your zip code on the page linked to the title.
3. Gold’s Gym
Gold’s Gym is a gym that offers a free trial. Enter some details on the site to get started!
4. Crunch Fitness
Get a free 1-day gym pass at Crunch Fitness. Just fill out the form and select your preferred location, Crunch Fitness will email you a free 1-day gym pass.

Life Time comes with a one-day free pass. You can request this free gym pass on the site linked above. The gym also offers a 7-day (10-day in Canada) money-back guarantee.

12. Contact your local gym
Just because your local gym isn’t on the list above doesn’t mean they don’t offer free access. Most gyms offer free passes so you can test their facilities before signing up for a paid membership. Call your local gym and ask for a free pass or free trial.
13. Local YMCA check
Often the YMCA offers a free pass or a free trial period for a few visits. All you have to do is contact us.
14. Contact your local community center.
A great option, especially for families, is a community recreation center. You’ll find gym equipment such as free weights and fitness classes, as well as additional features and amenities such as children’s programs and swimming pools.

If all else fails, I recommend that you go to Google and check if there is a local gym that is completely free.
When I searched for the term “free gyms near me”, I got a list of public gyms available for free nearby. They also get directions, so this is a great tip if you are looking for a free local gym. Yelp is also good. In fact, when I did a Google search on Yelp, I got a list of 10 free gyms nearby.
To get started, simply search for the terms “free gyms around me” or “free gyms”. [name of city].” For example, you can search for’free gym NYC’. If there is a free gym nearby, it will show you.
Work out for free!
Many gyms offer free gym passes. The problem is that you use the free pass at all places on the list (if you have a location nearby) and get free gym access for more than a month! And don’t forget to try my tips!
