  1. I’ve been though all those techniques as well as strategies which claims to help you staty my personal business within a small amount of time. In that time, one of my friends presented me to this program. I am currently running 2 businesses. No more bad boss, no more driving hours to the work place. Get this program on Go ogle. Name of this program is Peyton Mοnizdoωa

  2. Just because a personal trainer is certified does not qualify them in my book. I can remember a certified personal trainer told my gf if you do not have protein within an hour of working out then there was no point going to the gym in the first place. I am not a certified personal trainer but have given people advice they wish their trainers had!

  3. I love this video! Having a blog is great to get clients, sell your own products, affiliate commissions, and teaching others to be fit and healthy. I personally love to follow fitness blogs and videos because they inspire me to stay fit and focused. Thank you for the tips about starting a blog and telling your story.

  4. love your videos. been watching since 2011. never had a single fitness question answered in the comments. lol. oh well. but seriously, great info here. down 45 lbs so far.

  5. This was amazing! I'm so glad I found you, you're an amazing inspiration in both the fitness aspect and entrepreneurial aspect too. Haha I choose Erin May Fitness and thought it was amazing too! Oh well! Thanks Again 🙂 Love from Australia.

  6. Though I am not a personal trainer or dietitian (I make sure to say that too), I used to be 100 lbs overweight and not strong at all. I lost weight and started my channel to help others and because everyone kept asking how I lost the weight…I ended going to college for Radiology School and now I'm earning my masters in leadership health to learn how to incorporate my loves together, living my life and sharing my story…I gained weight after my marriage after losing that original weight and having my 20 month old but Now I am very strong, even though I gained some back, I'm still super strong and healthy…thanks for starting your channel.

  7. I'd love to see an athletic clothing/shoes/accessories haul. I have a slight addiction to athletic wear. Maybe something to go with the changing seasons? New spring/summer gear. Love your videos, and I've said this before but your advice and encouragement has changed my life 🙂

  8. Thank you for all the tips and advice! I've been thinking of starting a fitness & health blog for years since i've been on a health journey but i always felt very discouraged and thinking what if people dont like what i post, what if they think it's lame, and its hard cos i live in a culture where having bad eating habits is almost glorified and those who try to eat healthy are scoffed at.. Maybe this weekend i'll just take the first step and just set up the blog..ive always had some decwnt ideas to do things but i never did and then later someone will do it anyway and they get support for what they do. 🙂

  9. Thanks Sarah! I've been thinking about starting off with an instagram/tumblr just to hold myself accountable while getting back into shape. You've just inspired me to finally do it.

  10. Thank you for this @Sarah Fit  I'm actually taking my Personal Training test this weekend to be certified!! And I've already bought a domain 🙂 Guess I'm on the right track. I'd love to hear about how you developed your app and also how you make money through advertisements on your blog or this channel

  11. You are the epitome of health, fitness and balance. I have followed you for years and I love that you are REAL. Real life fitness, food and health.  We all strive for it.  I think its crazy when people say or think that you are fat. Ridiculous….you are not going to be ridiculous and lean 100% of the time unless you are a figure competitor with your Pro card that states in your contract that you must be show ready and ridiculously lean at all times.  That is NOT living. I respect you and trust you that you have done your research. You gave me the idea and inspired me to take the Wellness Coach certification with IIN. I graduate in June this year!!! I absolutely LOVE the course and I am looking forward to consulting as a side job this summer!!   Thanks for all of your inspiration Sarah!! YOU ROCK MY WORLD!!! Keep up the awesome work!! Respect Girl <3

  12. Great video Sarah and great advice. This really could be applied to just about any type of blog or you tube channel.
The one thing I dont think you mentioned was perserver and stay focussed, it can take a while to build a following.

  13. Also I want to point out that it's actually illegal to give tailored nutrition advice if you don't have credentials. I'm about 3 months away from becoming a registered dietitian ( refraining from starting a blog til then) but if I were to tell someone how many calories, grams of protein, etc to eat then I could be reported to the academy of nutrition and dietetics and lose the opportunity to ever become registered/licensed. It's serious stuff! Things you can do is give general healthful advice like telling clients to eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veg per day because that is the recommended amount for the general population. I'm sure you know this, Sarah, just posting it for those who may be starting out:)

  14. I just recently started a blog on wordpress, kettlebellbeauty ! If I wanted to buy a domain how would they transfer that into a domain? Do I need someone to do this for me? Thanks Sarah, love your videos!!

  15. Question! – I know collaborating is important with YouTubers but how would you suggest going about that? I would love to do some collabs/recipe swaps/etc with other YouTubers, but as a very small channel, I feel like bigger channels won't want to because they won't gain many subs from me…advice?

  16. Thanks so much! I've been sloooooowly trying to break my way into blogging/vlogging, and you've been a huge inspiration for me. I have a degree in kinesiology and am ACSM certified (exercise physiologist/health fitness specialist). I've developed programs for weight loss, and diabetes-specific fitness/health education. I really want to project functional, realistic goals and advice with a science-based background. I feel a lot more confident about my abilities after watching this, thanks again 🙂

  17. This is so awesome. THANK YOU for putting this out…I have looked at both the NASM & ACSM for CPT certification, and have been perusing the IIN courses. I'm glad to know I am taking steps in the right direction 🙂

  18. Sarah, I have to admit when I first discovered you by commenting on a video of yours where I gave you a pretty harsh critique. You've definitely won me over. You seem very genuine, transparent, and engaging. I'd love a blog that is a typical 'day in the life' of yours. As a business owner myself I'm always curious how other entrepreneurs act in the day to day life.
